2007 has been an incredible year for ARD.

In the first quarter in 2007, we added a cleaning company to our existing portfolio, which already included construction, painting, and flooring companies.  Recently we have also added a framing company, and a company dedicated to helping clients sell a home or business.  

Each of our companies has tripled in size since 2006. We are on the way towards starting other companies in 2008, as another step in possessing all of the major components of building to offer the highest quality of service to our customers.

We continue to build a strong business and financial management infrastructure and market presence. We’re currently involved in top-line communities including Kenmure, Dunroy, Park Place, Pinnacle Falls, Carriage Park, Brookside, Towne Place, Biltmore Forest, Golf Mountain Estates and others.

Our proudest accomplishments include community investments such as participation in the Sarah Hyatt Home, Mills River Methodist Church, the Believe-in-Tomorrow Home at Pinnacle Falls and numerous city and county charitable events.

Our actions in 2007, as in 2006, have continued to focus on our customers; finding new and improved ways to make the customer experience better.

We have been able to identify the key points in each project plan, which have the potential for causing anxiety. Through the use of regular cost updates, daily communications, frequent updates of individual customer web sites containing project plan and picture updates, and decision scheduling, we have minimized most of the causes for anxiety.

We want our customers to enjoy the process as much as they will enjoy their home. Our approach is different. We look forward to adding you to our list of happy customers.
