David Avery
David Avery is a senior real estate appraisal professional with more than 24 years experience in real estate appraisal and business management. David also has a solid background in electrical business operations and financial management.
David has lived in the Hendersonville area for over 20 years and is a leader in the community. His involvement as President of the YMCA Board of Directors, a Board member of the Open Arms Pegnancy Control Support Center, participation on the Education Committee for Immaculata Catholic School, and several years as a coach for the Henderson County Recreational Department in Soccer, Baseball and Basketball, provides David with a strong network for maintaining community awareness.
David’s key role within AR Development is sales and marketing.
Allen Combs
Allen Combs is a senior construction and development professional with more than 20 years experience in construction, technology and business management with an execution orientation. Allen is a qualified general contractor in the State of North Carolina, currently holding an unlimited license.
Allen has built many homes in the local area, always with an emphasis on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Allen has lived in the Hendersonville area for over 30 years and takes an active leadership role within the community. Allen is a 29-year member of the Mills River United Methodist Church and is a current member of the Henderson County Education Foundation Board of Directors, with a strong network of local business alliances.
Allen’s key role within AR Development is execution management.
Leslie Riser is a senior financial professional with more than 26 years experience in financial, supply chain, and accounting experience in multiple industries with a business process and technology focus. Her financial and accounting breadth of experience includes the provision of timely and quality financial information, internal and external audits, cost accounting, budgeting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and inventory controls.
Leslie brings Fortune 50 level financial experience to AR Development, along with a strong process improvement, project and cost management philosophy. Her supply chain experience focuses upon control points between financial, logistics and inventory operations. Leslie is also a licensed real estate professional.

Glenn Riser
Glenn Riser is a senior management professional with more than 30 years experience in the areas of operations management, logistics, retail, manufacturing and technology. He has extensive international and domestic experience, with a unique and strategic blend of technology, planning and operations.
Glenn brings Fortune 50 level experience as a Chief Information Officer and a Senior Operations Manager to AR Development. In addition, Glenn has taught project management for the Offices of Professional Development of Clemson, the University of Tennessee and the University of Kentucky.
He has also served as an executive consultant for Fortune 50 clients, assisting in the development of management strategies, audit strategies and operational efficiencies.
Glenn is a licensed real estate professional and a veteran of the United States Army. Glenn is fluent in Russian, and conversational in German, French and Spanish.
Glenn’s key role within AR Development is business operations management.
